WHO WE ARE
FBCLC is a Christian fellowship where our greatest desires are to embrace and deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ, to love and minister to one another, and to share the Good News of God’s love and grace with others.
WHY WE EXIST
UPREACH: We were created for a relationship with God; therefore we will speak to God through worship and allow Him to speak to us through His Word. Loving God is our highest calling, and our relationship to Him is our highest priority.
INREACH: We were commanded by Jesus to love one another; therefore we will demonstrate our love and unity through ministry to one another.
OUTREACH: We were commissioned by Jesus to go beyond the “Christian camp” into the world and make disciples; therefore we will build bridges to love those in our community and in our world, and to share with them the Good News of Jesus.
OUR 10 COMMITMENTS
1. We are committed to the Bible as our foundation and to the teaching and application of the whole counsel of Scripture.
2. We are committed to prayer and believe in the power of prayer.
3. We are committed to worship in spirit and truth.
4. We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by “going” & “making disciples” through local and global evangelism.
5. We are committed to the spiritual nurture of children.
6. We are committed to the spiritual development of youth.
7. We are committed to honesty and integrity in our personal relationships and financial dealings.
8. We are committed to the development and reproduction of spiritual leaders.
9. We are committed to the mobilization of the Body of Christ for Kingdom work.
10. We are committed to building healthy relationships through community, unity and care.
